Ⅰ、working principle
The dosing device takes the metering pump as the main dosing equipment, and assembles the dissolving tank, agitator, liquid level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, escalator, automatic monitoring system and power control system on a common platform according to the process flow, forming a module, namely the so-called skid mounted combined single unit Yuan (hereinafter referred to as "pry body"). According to the need, put the quantitative agent into the mixing solution tank for stirring and dissolving. After the dissolution, it is sent to the dosing point by metering pump. The dosage can be adjusted freely to meet the requirements of different dosage places.
The dosing device adopts the mechatronics structure, which can be divided into fixed type and mobile type (cart type) from the installation. Each type of dosing device is equipped with mixing system, dosing system and automatic control system. Several fixed skid mounted devices can be combined into a whole, and with the frequency conversion control system, local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic conversion and dosing can be realized. The device has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, stable operation, simple installation and convenient operation.
Through different process design, the dosing device accurately configures all kinds of solid and liquid chemical solution, and then accurately dosing with metering pump to meet various design requirements. Such as scale removal, oxygen removal, coagulation, adding acid, alkali, etc.
The dosing process can be operated manually, and can also be controlled automatically by PC, magnetic level meter, pH meter, travel controller, frequency converter and other electrical appliances and instruments.
The dosing amount and pressure of the dosing device can be selected according to the needs of industrial process. The flow rate is from 1L / h to 8000L / h, and the pressure is from 0.1MPa to 25MPa,
The metering accuracy of the metering pump can be as high as ± 1%, and it can realize the simultaneous transportation of multiple media and individual adjustment.
The volume of the solution tank in the dosing device can be from 0.1m3 to 20m3, which can be selected according to the dosage. According to the different conveying media, there are many materials to choose, such as carbon steel (carbon steel rubber lining), stainless steel, non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
Ⅱ、Performance description
The main parts of the system include the whole charging system, the power system and so on.
The dissolving tank is equipped with liquid level meter, low level alarm, valve and other facilities required for automatic operation. Magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the outer wall of the whole body to observe the liquid level in the barrel in real time. There are feed inlet and standby port on the top of the whole body, and the outlet, drain outlet, overflow outlet, liquidometer interface and corresponding matching valves are provided on the side of the barrel. When the liquid level in the barrel is less than the set low liquid level value, the alarm system will be opened automatically and the dosing pump will be suspended.
The dosing system includes centrifugal pump, electromagnetic flowmeter and related valves.
