二、The working principle of
Precision filtration is the use of formed filter material, the original liquid through the filter material, filter residue on the filter material wall, filtrate through the filter material outflow, so as to achieve the purpose of filtration.
The formed filter materials are: filter cloth, filter mesh, filter piece, sintered filter tube, wire-wound filter core, molten jet filter core, microporous filter core and multi-functional filter core. Because the filter material is different, the filter aperture is also different. Precision filtering is a kind of filtering between sand filtering (coarse filtering) and ultrafiltration. The filtering aperture is usually between 0.1-120& Mu. M range. The same form of filter material is divided into different specifications according to the dimensions. There are two kinds of wire-wound filter elements (also known as honeycomb filter elements) : one is polypropylene fibre-polypropylene skeleton filter element, with the maximum operating temperature of 60℃; The other is absorbent cotton fiber - stainless steel skeleton filter element, the maximum temperature of 120℃.
