四、The working principle
The integrated water purification unit follows the same purification process as a city water plant. It has: coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilization device, backwash device, water pump and electrical control cabinet. It is introduced as follows:
1、Coagulant tank: the raw water added with coagulant enters the tank from the inlet pipe and is stirred with a special blender, so that the suspended substance in the water and the coagulant fully contact and react to form alum flower. In general, eddy current reaction is used to mix water and coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to the change of water amount. The water purification unit is mixed with a mixer, which is not affected by the change of water amount.
2、Precipitation chamber: after the water is coagulated with coagulant, it forms alum flower and flows to the sedimentation tank of the equipment for precipitation. The sedimentation tank adopts the inclined tube precipitation method, and the solid liquid separation is completed through the trapezoidal inclined plate precipitation chamber, and the precipitated sludge is discharged into the mud bucket.
3、Filter tank: the water after sedimentation is filtered to the filter tank. The structure of the filter tank: the bottom is water pipe, the middle is quartz sand, and the top is anthracite. The filtration rate is 10m/h, and the final water flow is disinfected into the clear pool for drinking. The recoil period of the filter is about 12 hours, and the recoil period is 5-10 minutes. The integrated water purifier is suitable for the water purification of river, river, lake, reservoir and other water supply projects with surface water as the source, water reuse, coal mine tailings water, coal washing water, bath, swimming pool, car washing yard, paper making, printing and dyeing, electroplating and other industrial wastewater purification.
