The working principle of
The fiber bundle filter is off“Capsule filling water”The system consists of fixed porous plate, movable porous plate, fiber bundle filter material, air distributing device, etc. The active porous plate can be moved up and down. In the process of filtration, under the action of water power, the gap in the downstream water flow direction of the filter material becomes smaller gradually, and the fiber density becomes larger, forming an ideal filtration layer. Its filtration process has both longitudinal deep filtration and transverse deep filtration, which effectively improves the filtration accuracy and filtration speed. During the cleaning, the fiber bundle can reach the loose state. At the same time, the fiber bundle is in the constant shaking state in the process of bubble accumulation and dispersion and hydraulic washing by the method of air-water combination. Under the action of hydraulic and rising bubbles, the filter material can be backwashed to make it regenerate.
Product features
1、High filtration accuracy: the removal rate of suspended solids in the water is as high as 100%. When the turbidity of natural water after good coagulation treatment is 20NTU, the turbidity of filtered water can be controlled below 2NTU.
2、Fast filtering speed: generally 30m/h, 3 ~ 5 times of the traditional filter, up to the maximum 50 m/h。
3、High pollution capacity: generally 5 ~ 10kg/m3, 2 ~ 4 times of the traditional filter.
4、Adjustability: filter accuracy, filter capacity, filter resistance and other parameters can be adjusted according to needs.
5、Small footprint: the same amount of water is produced, and the footprint is only 1/3 ~ 1/2 of that of traditional filter.
6、Low cost per ton of water: Lower cost per ton of water than traditional filter.
7、Backwash water consumption is low: it is only 1 ~ 3% of the periodic water production. Under normal circumstances, it can be washed on the original water.
8、Long service life: the filter element does not need to be replaced. After the filter element is polluted, it can be cleaned easily and its filtration performance can be restored. The filter element life is not less than 10 years.
